Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 9–13 weeks. Every gallery goes through several stages of editing, from color, lighting and composition adjustments to detailed retouching and removing distracting elements.
We don't rush this process. Each gallery receives the time and attention needed to make your finished photographs the best they can be.
In nearly 20 years of photographing weddings, Thomas has only had to miss weddings once due to a hospitalization. Still, having a backup plan is an important part of being a professional.
Thomas works with a trusted network of experienced professional photographers and is a member of TAPPA (Tampa Area Professional Photographers Association), providing an additional professional network in the event of an emergency.
Most importantly, we handle it. You won't be left scrambling to find a replacement or paying additional costs because of an emergency on our end.
Absolutely. Thomas and his second photographers carry multiple professional camera bodies, lenses, flashes, batteries and memory cards so an equipment failure doesn't stop us from photographing your wedding.
Our cameras also record each photograph to two memory cards simultaneously. After your wedding, your images are backed up to separate drives, and the original memory cards are kept out of rotation until your finished gallery is delivered.
Thomas can photograph a wedding independently, and one photographer is often all that's needed. A second photographer can be especially helpful when you're getting ready in separate locations, ceremony restrictions limit movement, or you'd like more angles and simultaneous moments captured.
Sometimes while Thomas is photographing your first dance, it's the second photographer who catches Mom wiping away a tear across the room. We're happy to help you decide what makes sense for your wedding.
Yes. Abundant Grace Photography carries professional business insurance.
Insurance protects our business, our clients and the venues where we work.
We're also happy to provide proof of insurance when requested by your venue.
Thomas photographed his first wedding in 2006 while studying photography in college and made photography his full-time career in 2011.
He holds an Associate Degree in Photography, has received multiple professional photography awards and remains active in the professional photography community through organizations including TAPPA.
Yes. When you book Abundant Grace Photography, Thomas is the photographer you're hiring and will personally photograph your wedding.
On rare occasions when Thomas is already booked, an associate photographer may be offered to couples who still want the Abundant Grace Photography experience. This is always discussed and approved in advance — you'll never unexpectedly have someone else arrive on your wedding day.
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll email your photography agreement for review and electronic signature. Your wedding date is officially reserved once we receive the signed agreement and $300 reservation fee.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. There is no required payment schedule in between — you're welcome to make payments toward your invoice whenever you'd like or simply pay the remaining balance by the due date.
If you'd like Thomas to stay beyond your scheduled coverage, he'll let you know the additional cost before extending the photography time.
As long as his schedule allows, additional coverage can be added on the wedding day and we'll send an invoice afterward.
